Quick-start checklist: first site in 15 minutes
The short version. Every step links to the matching section of Install & configure, which has the details, the commands and what to do when something does not show up.
Before you start
- [ ] A Linux box (server, VM or Raspberry Pi) inside the farm network, with outbound HTTPS and direct access to the miners' IP ranges — requirements
- [ ] Your IP ranges in CIDR form (
10.20.1.0/24), ideally one per rack - [ ] The miners' web password if you changed it from the default
Checklist
- [ ] Create your account — sign up, enter the e-mail code, enable 2FA or skip it for now. → step 2
- [ ] Create the site in the wizard — name, time zone of the farm, IP ranges, scan options. → step 3
- [ ] Install the Mole agent — copy the one-line Linux command from Miners → Mole Agents → Setup Guide and paste it on the farm box (Docker and Windows also possible). → step 4
- [ ] Verify the first scan — the agent card turns ONLINE, Machines fills with miners, Fleet Manager shows hashrate and power. → step 5
- [ ] Configure the agent — add every rack range, set the scan interval to 120 s, Apply. → step 6
- [ ] Set capacity and electricity price — Site Management → Settings: Max Capacity (MW) and Energy Cost ($/kWh). → step 7
- [ ] Map your racks — Site Map → layout editor: add and name racks, place miners, Publish. → step 8
- [ ] Invite the team — Site Management → Access → Invite Member, with a role. → step 9
- [ ] Alerts and a first schedule — add a trigger with a channel and test it; create one scheduled task. → step 10
